Scientists develop microrobots that use light to produce ammonia - a sustainable carbon-free energy carrier
31 March | Scientists from the international research group ADVANCED NANOROBOTS AND MULTISCALE ROBOTICS LAB at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, VSB-TUO have come up with a revolutionary method of ammonia production using microrobots. Magnetically controlled microrobots can convert nitrates into ammonia using light and movement in water containing these pollutants.
ADVANCEMED: Trends and modern technologies in healthcare
27 March | The ADVANCEMED 2025 conference will take place in Ostrava's Dolní Vítkovice on 3 and 4 April and will focus on the latest trends and opportunities in artificial intelligence, virtual reality, robotics and other modern technologies in healthcare. One of the expert sponsors of the event is the Technical University of Ostrava.
