Summary
The main goal of this project is developing of new specialized compression methods which are suitable for Information Retrieval Systems. Advanced word-based compression methods for general texts, compression methods for XML documents, compression methods with linguistic support, multidimensional index compression, and compression methods with direct access belong among developed method.
