Summary
The formation and analysis of the failure and planned outage databases for reliability evaluation of electrical power devices. the submitted study will be concerned with determination of the item reliability of distribution. The goals are item failure databases creating and mainly definition of the algorithm for its analyze. We shut specify a needed input (about item, about failure) according to what kind of output (what reliability parameters) requires the chosen method for reliability computation of all system. Methods are defined in "supporting project", so this is its extension. It is necessary to set operating system, software for processing and data backup, structure of data from and tables. The biggest problem will be the filling of the database, because in the electrical power engineering subject is only a few failures a year. The statistic significant data obtaining is long-term matter. That is why the target of this research work will be the algorithm definition for data analysis
