* creation of widely basis for consultant and advisory activities, oriented to quality improvement anf effectiveness of industrial enterprises operations.
* advanced communication between producers and customers leading to increase of competitivness with respect to European Union.
* the transmission of both experience and new know-how to the paedagogical practice due to participation of a number of teachers from several universities on the research works.
* development of metodologies immediately using operational data. This fact fully respects the real needs of customers.
