Visitors will see paintings and artifacts by artists and creators who cooperate with the foundation. "The exhibition is for sale and selected works will also be combined with a benefit auction to support our foundation and projects of local non-profit organizations," said Lucie Exnerová from the KŘÍDLENÍ Foundation.
The Spring Full of Wings exhibition will run until the end of April, with the benefit auction ending on the Foundation's portal on April 24. On the same day, a charity fair will also be held at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, where the results of the fundraiser will be announced.
"We will invite cooperating organizations with sales and information booths, partners, guests and the friendly public. The gathering will not only be an opportunity for networking, but more importantly a celebration of spring, kindness, creativity and social mindfulness all around us," Exner said.
This year, the KŘÍDLENÍ Foundation will support, for example, the development of canister therapy in the Podané Ręce association, the expansion and equipment of the facilities for rescuing injured animals at the Bartošovice Rescue Station, or the Šípáček association in Ostrava, which organises children's camps.
At the opening in the FEIKA Gallery, which will take place on 6 March 2025 at 4 pm, visitors will be introduced to the artists, their works and the charitable purpose of the exhibition.
