Hana Martiníková, an intellectual property protection specialist from the Technology Transfer Centre, presented the participants how to write and file patents correctly. "Intellectual property protection is made up of many pieces like a puzzle. It is impossible to teach someone to write an application in an hour. But it is possible to show how a client can use his information and materials to help write one," Hana Martiníková reminded.
In her presentation, she discussed, among other things, the preparation of the description of the invention, the preparation of technical documentation, the key stages of the patent process and the most common mistakes when preparing documents for the protection of an invention.
