Summary
Proposed project is related to previously solved projects. Within this project will be deeply solved problems connected with deployment of modern multimedia services (Triple play) into the new generation networks NGA/NGN for end users with quality of service preservation. For reliable tests of these services there are few methods of measurement for example RFC2544, ITU-T156sam and newly also RFC6349. These methods are then testing the network on the several layers of RM OSI/ISO or TCP/IP architecture. During project will be built up a complex measuring polygon, which will consist of xPON and xDSL systems. Projected polygon will have large variety of possibilities for tested topologies. Intended topologies will also contain different types of optical amplifiers (SOA, EDFA) for achieving extension of measured routes.
In this point there will be setting real-time multimedia services that are dependent on the service quality profiles and network qualitative parameters. Integral part of this project are also study materials that will be created for educational purposes at the Department of Telecommunications.
